At Kuzanox, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items or discounted products
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Request a Return:

1. Our team will respond with return instructions.
2. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
